MAP stands for Missouri Assessment Program.
DISTRICTWIDE:
E.L.A.
In English Language Arts, districtwide, just 60.1% of Rockwood's students scored proficient or advanced on the state's standardized English Language Arts tests. (Language Arts is reading and writing.)
That is down a bit from last year. In 2022, 60.6% of Rockwood's Language Arts students scored proficient or above.
MATH
In Math, just 57.8% in 2023 scored proficient or advanced. That is down a bit from 58.3% in 2022.
SCIENCE
In Science, 58.2% scored proficient or advanced last spring. That is up a bit from 56.6% scoring proficient or above in 2022.
