BREAKING: SECOND LEAK FROM ROCKWOOD TEACHERS IN TWO DAYS; EMPHASIS ON RACE AND RACISM MAKES THEM UNCOMFORTABLE
Teachers are getting braver and sharing what they don't like about the emphasis on racism in their teacher training sessions.
These images were leaked to us today.
This is now the 5th teacher leak since last summer, related to the emphasis of race, racism, or other ideology in what teachers are being asked to learn or do.

The documents are in folders at schools for teachers to use.
From the source of the leak:
"This Equity and Inclusion Resource folder is BS! Teachers who learn this stuff in PD bring it back to us because they are our Equity and Inclusion Champions."
PD = professional development.

A teacher also expressed frustration about these books that are recommended for reading out loud to the class. The first one is "Woke Baby."
Screenshots of some of the pages are below.
Rockwood library records show there's a copy of this book at Geggie Elementary.
Here are other books, that, together, made the teacher feel like there is too much emphasis on race.
The books could just be in classrooms, with no record saying so. Parents can reach out to their children's teachers to find out more.
"If You're Going To A March" is at Geggie and Pond Elementary.
Yesterday, a teacher leaked the link to an article used in professional development at Marquette High School yesterday, and also used at some point at Lafayette. We're told teachers did not want to attend.
You can read more about that article here.
